I feel 20 years younger at 60 years young!

Minerva started with Kim Garcia in January of 2009. Now two years later, she has lost 30lbs, more than 30 inches and feels 20 years younger. Check out her video testimony.

I Achieved My New Year’s Resolution!

We all make resolutions at the beginning of the year. One of mine is to strive to get in better shape, eat a bit better and look younger. I had been noticing the women who had done Kim’s training get in better and better shape. So I took the plunge and decided to do one of her trainings. Well, it was WONDERFUL! I am having so much fun, feel great about myself for “doing it” and meeting even more spectacular women. I highly recommend Kim’s training if you want to see positive changes in your physical, mental and emotional well being.

Always Ready to Help

I have trained with Kim for almost a year now. I have done one on one training, group training and I am on my third group challenge with Kim. Every time I learned something new from her. For instance, I knew it is important to drink water, but how important only after being reiterated to me like a thousand times by Kim. When I had my consultation with Kim, she asked what I wanted. I told her that I wanted my arms smaller and my stomach flat and that those were the spots I wanted to work on. She was honest with me and told me there is no such thing as spot reduction and that I had to work as a whole body rather then spot reduction. She gave me insight on what the right portions and the right foods are to eat to have a healthy lifestyle and to maintain the habits to achieve my goals. She is constantly in touch with you via emails or phone calls. Always encouraging to stay focused on your goals with inspiring emails and coming up with different recipes to make sure that I do not stray from the right foods to achieve the goals that I have set-doing the research for me. Kim is always ready to help in anyway she can.

Retraining My Brain

My inspiration comes from seeing my mother suffering……knowing she would never exercise.

I will do whatever it takes to avoid diabetes. I will do whatever it takes to stay limber.  I may still end up with problems and maybe worse but I am going to TRY!  She is so sick of being sick and having pain (which possibly could partially have been avoided).

Sometimes I don’t want to exercise (it’s hard to retrain your brain).  All I have to do is picture my mother and I get up and go!  I think some people need a “trigger” so to speak. (It would be easy to slip back to “old habits”.)

Thanks for guiding me!  What a nice world we would have if more people were as concerned as you and if only half would do half of their job with due diligence!  Thank YOU!  Keep up the good work.
